    About the Role:

    Kyma Social is looking for a skilled Social Media Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves managing multiple client accounts, conducting photo and video shoots, and editing content to align with the ever-changing trends on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct photo and video shoots, delivering high-quality edits tailored to client needs.

    Maintain robust relationships with clients through superior communication and account management.

    Keep abreast of the latest social media trends to advise and adjust strategies effectively.

    Collaborate closely with talent to support and achieve project objectives.

    Efficiently integrate feedback to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.

    Continuously devise and propose new strategies to advance clients' brands.

    Qualifications:

    2-3 years of relevant experience in social media account management or a closely related field.

    Strong skills in shooting and editing video content.

    Exceptional communication abilities, crucial for team collaboration and client interactions.

    Demonstrated capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

    Proven track record of working directly with talent and building productive relationships.

    Self-driven and innovative, constantly seeking ways to push client objectives forward.

    Compensation:

    $35 per hour, with potential adjustments based on experience.

  • Location: New York, NY - Remote with one day a week in person

    Type: Part-Time, Hourly

    Rate: $30/hour + DOE

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a talented Digital Content Producer who can manage our clients’ large community, maintain online presence, and ensure the seamless production and distribution of our digital content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs and interests of women in midlife. You will be responsible for structuring and uploading newsletters, posting blogs, and nurturing our email list to ensure a strong connection with our blog content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Structure and upload newsletters, ensuring they are engaging and informative.

    * Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication of blogs and newsletters.

    * Nurture and grow our email list, creating strategies to increase engagement and retention.

    * Ensure seamless integration of blog content with our email newsletters.

    * Monitor and manage community interactions across our digital platforms, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

    * Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies.

    Qualifications:

    * 2-4 years of experience as a Digital Content Producer or similar role.

    * Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.

    * Experience with community management and social media engagement.

    * Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.

    * Ability to understand and connect with the needs and interests of women in midlife.

    * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or in-office setting.

    * Experience as a content writer and the ability to write in someone else's voice.

    * Knowledge of SEO and SEO strategy.

    Preferred Skills:

    * Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

    * Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.

    * Proven track record of success in digital marketing.

    * Familiarity with Facebook best practices.

This role requires someone who can not only produce high-quality audio content but also align it with our clients' personal brands and Kyma Social's vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging podcast episodes.

    * Conduct pre-interviews and research to find strategic angles for compelling narratives.

    * Collaborate closely with production and talent teams to ensure quality content.

    * Clip and prepare podcast content for optimal social media engagement.

    * Maintain a high level of organization and adhere to production schedules.

    Qualifications:

    * Minimum 2 years of experience in podcast production or related fields.

    * Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially in audio formats.

    * Excellent communication abilities and a personable nature.

    * Familiarity with the digital landscape, including social media trends.

    * Highly organized, with a knack for juggling multiple projects.

    * Residency in or near New York City, with availability for weekly onsite work.
